With America rapidly aging, figuring out if a neighborhood is suited for Aging in Place and functions well for people with a disability – could become one of the biggest value added assets in representing buyers and sellers.

Ryan Gebauer, leader of the Ryan Realty Group Brokerage in Coral Springs, understands accessibility from many perspectives.

As an individual, he has used a wheelchair for mobility and required accessible housing since he became a quadriplegic at 16.
