REMOVE BUMPY SURFACES THAT ENDANGER WHEELCHAIR USERS
It’s time to say goodbye to the pavers that are a wheelchair mobility hazard on the sidewalk hugging Central Park on 5th Avenue in Manhattan.
A smooth, pedestrian friendly surface
is urgently needed.
