Tepper is working with organizations that help independent producers to place their documentaries on PBS and other broad platforms.
The film, considered low budget even though it cost about
$100,000 to produce, has a website that allows supporters to make contributions
so it can be distributed.
Tepper got interested in helping those who serve our nation when he spoke at a national conference in 2006 that had several severely disabled veterans and their families in attendance.
He learned
from Department of Defense research that failed intimate relationships are the
leading contributor in about 40 percent of suicides by service members.
