U.S. DOT SECRETARY PETE BUTTIGIEG EXPLAINS THE NEW RULE IN AN EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH UNITED SPINAL ASSOCIATION CORRESPONDENT STEVE WRIGHT
