Disabilities
are a natural part of the human condition, and the emerging socially conscious
consumer doesn’t’ want to define a person by one dimension of their humanness.
This consumer already believes that having a visible or invisible disability
does not mean a person is broken, unwilling, or unable to contribute, and you
can show them that your brand is keeping up with, or even leading this
evolution of consciousness, by hiring inclusively.
Bottom line: Employing
persons with disabilities not only expands your pool of possible talent, it is
smart business.
