The City of Miami has a long history of brokering terrible deals…then doing nothing when developers renege & don’t even deliver the crappy little bit they promised in return for land deals that enriched them at taxpayer expense.
Avoid another disaster.

mixed-use private complex in a no-bid sweetheart deal that would close the only
golf course in city limits.
