OSMAN GAZI TOMB
BURSA, TURKEY
Osman Gazi founded the Ottoman empire in 1299.
The empire grew and lasted until 1922.
He rests in a tomb a few paces from his son, Orhan.
A pleasant plaza for the two turbes overlooks the fertile Bursa valley.
