The Maiden's Tower sits on a rocky outcropping just off Uskudur on the Asian side of Istanbul.
It sits near the southern edge of the Bosphorus.
Here, it is viewed from the Kadikoy ferry bound back for Eminonu on the European side of Constantinople.
Often also called Leander's Tower, it can be seen in two classic James Bond films.
It now has a restaurant on the ground floor and a cafe on the upper floor.
