Then we got
to the room – power only works if you put your key card in a slot,
heating/cooling is central even though there’s a climate control station in the
room and there is no window.
Yipes –
those three heightened our fears.
Turns out,
we had nothing to worry about at all.
The power
worked just fine and the key card system keeps guests from wasting energy.
This keeps
the property green and lets you save the green because the owners are reducing
utility bills.
We would
like to influence our own climate controls, but the room remained a perfect 74
degrees despite the blustery weather outside.
