Although we love to speak Spanish in Mexico, it is comforting to know that the entire staff of the St. Regis is fully fluent in English.

So if you have an emergency, you don't have to worry about reaching into your second language to find the right words to relay your concerns. 
Check in is fast and upscale, cold bottles of water, warm towels and snacks to revive you from your flight.  
Speaking of emergencies, the outstanding staff at St. Regis saved us from an emergency created by the selfish and lazy crew at American Airlines.
