heart of Florence.
Dei Frescobaldi Ristorante and Wine Bar is on a quiet
corner of the Piazza della Signoria -- the cradle of the Florentine Republic
and home of both the Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi, where the greatest
Renaissance art in the world is displayed.
Standing on so much history -- both family history from
the vineyards and Florentine history in the fabled plaza -- dei Frescabaldi
risked collapsing under the weight of great expectations.
